April 24th is Earth Day!

TREE has an exciting line-up for our Earth Week festivities.  On Sunday, April 17th, TREE will host the Rev. Will Scott, Program Director for California Interfaith Power and Light, who will preach at all three services.

The following Sunday, April 24th, TREE will hold its 10th Annual Earth Day Fair in the patio, from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm, and will offer free tomato plants to the congregation.  Gayann White is putting on a T’ai Chi demonstration at 10:30 am also in the patio.  Among our participants will be representatives from Sierra Club, Solar Cookers International, Anderson Windows, and the Citizens’ Climate Lobby.  Come for gardening advice from our own Thomas Bush and Eileen Harvey-Qualset.  Sample Peet’s Coffee and Tea.  Please come and learn about the work people are doing to keep our planet healthy.  Invite your friends and family.  Sounds like fun!
