The challenges we face in today’s world can be difficult even to think about—climate change, mass extinction, social and political upheaval. Active Hope shows us how to strengthen our mutual capacity to face this crisis so we can respond with resilience and creative power.
Facilitator: Pam Wood is a counselor and facilitator working with faith communities to deepen our connection with the Earth through experiential and interactive processes, reflection, Catholic social teaching, ritual, art and music. She is the co-author of “Care for Creation: A Franciscan Spirituality of Earth” (St. Anthony Messenger Press, 2008).
This event is co-sponsored by St. Ignatius Catholic Church and the Archdiocesan Office of Life, Justice, and Peace – all are welcome! Childcare and luncheon finger foods provided. Please RSVP by April 14 online at https://stignatiusjustice.wordpress.com/ActiveHopeposterActiveHopeposter
