The event will begin either in Room 10 in the VT State House or in the Vestry of the Unitarian Church of Montpelier (check Vermont Interfaith Power & Light’s website for updates: www.vtipl.org). In the opening session, Vermont IPL President, Ron McGarvey, will welcome participants, they’ll hear from a legislator, and advocates will lead a brief training on speaking with legislators.
Following the opening, the group will go to the Cedar Creek Room in the State House for a press briefing, then will meet with legislators.
