Global Meltdown – the movie
Bill Nye and Arnold Schwarzenegger team up as a depressed patient and his psychiatrist. The movie explores different aspects of the climate/ocean crisis as Nye goes through the stages of grief. Join us afterwards for a facilitated discussion – a local climatologist will clarify the role of global warming in our “Godzilla” El Nino year. This event is hosted by the Earth Ministry Greening Congregations Collaborative of Whidbey Island and is part of Whidbey’s Earth and Ocean Month.
