  • An Activity at Congregation

On the evening of March 18th we will put on a workshop exploring climate change solutions using the new En-ROADS simulation tool.  Everyone welcome!

On April 8th we will focus on the many large and small ways to reduce our energy use at home and make living spaces more comfortable.

On April 29th we will learn about electrifying our space heating and hot water heating through the use of air source heat pumps, and if there is interest form a purchase group for a discount from a local installer.

On May 20th we will hold a “farmers market of political and hands-on climate action opportunities.  Short talks and tables with information!

On June 10th a solar installer will speak on rooftop and community solar options and battery storage.  Again, a group discount will be discussed.

The second, third and fifth events will each end with a facilitated discussion on building resilience in our local communities in the face of a warming world.

Weather or coronavirus-related postponements will be announced on the answering machine at this number: 207-443-2187
