Virtual Walk – Scavenger Hunt

Instructions:  We were planning on holding a nature walk during Faith Climate Action week.  That will not be possible with the shelter in place in order but we are all allowed/encouraged to go outside to get some exercise.  We are therefore giving everyone the opportunity to go on their own nature walk and to share their experience with others. Below is a list of items we would like you to find during your walk.  Please look them over and think of a place where you might be able to find all/most of these items. It could be a nearby park or even just waking around your neighborhood. As you explore, slow down to fully experience each item you encounter.  Think how amazing it is that such an item was created for you to enjoy.

When you find an item, you are encouraged to send a picture of it to Pastor Elizabeth.  Please feel free to include yourself in some of the pictures so others in the congregation can share in your experience.  Faith Climate Action Week is April 17-26. We would like to hold the nature walk on the weekend of April 17 and 18th with the following weekend as a rain date.  Please contact Eric Dusenbury (eric.dusenbury@gmail.com or 678.613.2886) if you have any questions about the event.
