Marching for A Future
A play written by William Bross about climate change specifically to be performed by high school students in a worship setting. It is based on the climate change march that took place in New York City on September 21, 2014 and the reaction of a family watching the march from their father’s office window. The father does not believe in climate change, but his wife and two daughters want to reduce their carbon footprint. The play is 20 – 25 minutes long and can be substituted in place of the sermon. Ideally, it should be followed by a time of discussion following worship.
